You can download the report from Noel’s web page (right hand side) . The 2084 in the title is an illusion to George Orwell’s novel, 1984. You can read it for free online. He describes a dystopian society where individuals are continuously monitored by the authorities.
Noise irritation and we are not talking about Noel and Ross. We discuss the effects of subsonic sounds on bowels and we talk about the ultrasonic weapons against teenagers collecting outside shops.
